Red Lobster

I enjoyed having The Endless Shrimp Lunch!! All of the shrimp I ate were delicious! I really enjoyed having the Garlic Shrimp the most. My server Kim did a Great Job! She was always checking on me, making sure I was doing good & when I was ready for more shrimp. I recommend having the Endless Shrimp Lunch. For only $15.

Solid chose for seafood, always good. Not so much on "turf" though, but then the name is red lobster, not red steak...just sayin. Servers were friendly and prompt, we never lacked for anything and didnt feel like we were being watched. Enjoyed my meal and my company. 🙂

The service from Ashley was excellent. The food was great and the Cheddar Cheese Biscuits we're awesome. I can't wait to return.

The food looked good but as soon as I bit into it, it tasted frozen and cold.. the salad was super frozen to the point my teeth and brain got really cold. The croutons were very hard to chew into. Our waiter had the sniffles, all I could hear around my husband's and I table were coughing and sneezing. We will not be returning here ever again. No thank you and later found out that Ivar's was right behind that restaurant. The lobster tails didn't look anything like the fresh and live lobsters by the front. Cause of the size was small versus the live lobsters tail

Great food Saturday night was very busy and service was a little slow but still a great dinner

So usually when I eat here I order the same stuff. Cajun chicken alfredo pasta and it's always good. But for so reason it was really greasy like they just cooked the chicken in butter recoil and added the cream and pasta. I had to refuse it. Hopefully the next time they will get it right. My wife got her food and the fried shrimps looked like it's been refried again. I think they oil is just old

My kids and I dined here and we had a fantastic time. Fancy enough to enjoy an evening with the kiddos and teach them some manners. Family friendly and the food is delicious. FYI-try the chocolate cake it's to die for.

Fantastic lunch this past Monday with the all you can eat Shrimp 😋 Cooked to perfection,very filling. Our waitress was top-notch and made sure we were taken care of. The cheddar biscuits and salads are always fresh. I had a mango MaiTai which was a little pricey but my son had a Mac and Jack which was standard on tap. Wonderful experience at lunchtime

Went for an early dinner during the week, with my grandparents and kids for Food was delicious, waiter Cesar was awesome. Clean, quiet would definitely return

The food was good but the service wasn’t great at all! We went their with my friends and we ordered soup for the sides and we were expecting that they are going to serve it first so that we have something to eat while waiting for the food but it was all served together at the same time and the worse part is that they served mine first! So I was eating while my friends are still waiting for theirs! And one more thing the server took her like half an hour to give the bills after hunting her because we were done eating like 15 mins. Ago But she didn’t check on us!

This was thee worst experience at red lobster. It’s tradition We go every year on my niece birthday. It wasn’t busy and the service was terrible first the waters came out with floating particles not once but twice. They didn’t have any biscuits readily available so we only got one basket for a table of 5 the whole night. I ordered steak (med rare) potatoes and broccoli with cheese the steak came out overcooked and the broccoli did not have cheese. Then they brought my dessert to go because she forgot I got the 3 course feast. Then being that we told them it’s my nieces birthday at the beginning of dinner by the end she said they did not have enough crew to sing happy birthday so they can give me an extra brownie to go. So overall worst experience I’ve had at red lobster and will not go back .

we came here for our anniversary. Big Mistake! Horrible!! Our server guy was horrible he never brought us our salads or bread. We got our meals and the lobster was over cooked. & We got our bread and salad after our meals came out. Zoe was very helpful and the only positive part of our experience .

Lobster is hard, petrifief, and might as well be rubber. Vegetables were burnt and awful. By far worst Red Lobster I've ever been to.

I ordered a steak medium and it was very raw and has another servicer take it and get it cooked more. As for the servicer he only check on us 1 time and got our drinks wrong and couldn't explain to him the issue but asked someone else about the steak. Hadn't been their in a while and now i know why, wasn't a pleasant experience.

You guys should be closed if you're gonna lock your doors and tell people to sit outside and wait for their food. Just don't be in business. Also please work on your listening skills, I told you my name 3 times, and you stilled asked me the name on the order

We ordered dinner for my nephews 18th birthday dinner. The order process was easy, paying wasn't too bad. We picked up the food on time, they were very friendly & brought the food out to us. We got it came home and saw some food was missing. I called them and they were very apologetic, and were trying to find a solution. The manager (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) she offered to make the missing food and deliver it to us, since we were in the middle of my nephews 18th bday dinner. It was so nice of them to do that, they even brought more biscuits thank you so much for your generosity

Ordered Mother’s Day meal to be delivered at 6pm it is 720pm now and no one answers the phone or notify of delay. Worst customer service ever if y’all go out of business I know why. Used to be one of my favorite places will never order or go to this place again!

Was super disappointed. Looks better on the commercial. All the lobster tails were over cooked. Way over priced for 3 pieces of broccoli as a side. You're better off going to burien fish house or Anthony's. Not going to come here again. I think they spend more money on advertising than on the actual food and presentation.

Bought dinner for my parent's 58th anniversary. Due to Covid, picked up order at the door. Biscuits (excellent), Fish and Chips (good), Lobster (dad loved, husband enjoyed), garlic mashed potatoes (good). Didn't get our clam chowder ☹️. Paid 140.00 plus tip.

VERY overpriced. Only went, because my boyfriend likes this place. I did like it, but I've had better, with better prices, too. Not sure about coming back due to its ridiculous prices..

Sooo....we just spent 40 dollars on the ultimate feast and it was not worth the money. The crab was barely a whole claw, the biscuits were tiny and overall I honestly didn't even want to rate this place 1 star. It was completely mediocre and quite frankly DISAPPOINTING!!! The quality is not as good as it used to be. My boyfriend isn't a picky eater and even he was disappointed in what we ordered. I can't believe I spent 40 bucks on this sad entree.

Great place to have lunch.

This was my favorite place to eat, and every time the service was amazing. But today, I was surprised when I chose To-Go. First, the meal was not complete. It was without crafter garlic shrimp. Also, the lobster was not cooked fully, and the taste was awful. Guys, you should work on your quality service more.

Great place to relax with a tasty beverage, prices a little high but they do have great specials.

Came here with my mom and kids. Loved the cheddar biscuits and ordered the fish n chips. The food was great and Kathy our server was very polite and helpful when it came to my kid spilling her drink. We come here once a month so the workers greet and know us by name.

Have always had a great experience with Red Lobster; we definitely enjoy coming to the Red Lobster in Federal Way. Everybody has always been courteous and extremely nice. Simran has normally been our waitress and always has a smile. Food; my favorite, has always been above the bar and I love the variety of seafood from raw to cooked that one can have. Sometimes I will order a few different items rather than get one big plate. The ultimate feast is the wife's favorite. One can never go wrong there and even share. Look forward to returning, highly recommend for all.

Horrible service! Our waiter was extremely rude, he kept adding items to our bill that we did not want. We had to ask them to take something back and take it off of our bill. Just because he recommends these items doesn’t mean you can just assume we wanted it. Also the employees here talk so badly about all the customers right I front of everyone. We heard tons of bad mouthing by the waiters. And eye rolling when they turn they’re back on a customer. Not a very pleasant environment at all. The waiter made us so uncomfortable.

Great service just as in years past. Too bad I haven't been there for a while. I'll be back soon, thanks. RL

Grabbed curbside takeout for dinner last night, the signature creamy lobster alfredo had 5 “pieces” of lobster and the meal didn’t even cover the bottom of the takeout container. Thanks for the meal and the uncooked broccoli 😂

I'm going to give 3 stars because las Saturday I went with my family for dinner and i have to wait for 1 hour and a half at the first they said the waiting period was about 40 or 45 minutes and we decide to wait because there was many people already waiting to be seated but then I star noticed that all the people got seated and I decide to ask how long more I do have to be waiting because my 4 kids was really hungry and tired of waiting and they said that we are the number one in the list and we will be seated in the next 5 to 10 minutes but then one family of 4 comes y they just wait for 10 minutes before they get seated,

Ordered online and picked up. Chely at bar was too busy chatting with customers, who had already had been served, to check on our order. Food took 20 minutes longer than the time provided online. No apology or anything.

Sat in back of the house, but our server was Johnnie on the spot. Got our coffee and water right away. She came back a few minutes later and we ordered our food. She was very polite and helpful. The back floor manager was checking on us too. Dinner was tasty. Dream lovers & Admiral Feast we had dessert to go.

It was a handy place for a business lunch. All of us ordered fish and chips and agreed it was disappointing. The single piece of fish was of decent size, but about 80% tempura style batter with a modest portion of fish within the batter. I added a green salad to my order, and it was very good.

Love the biscuits and the food. Excellent!

Ordered my food at 11am through their website to have ready for 5:45pm trying to do something special even during these crazy times. I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready only to be told that it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I’m sorry but if I wanted it at 6:45 I would have put in for that time.
